Know your plan
What Washington Apple Health members should know
- Your plan manages your mental health care: most members are enrolled in one of five managed care plans: Community Health Plan of Washington, Coordinated Care, Molina Healthcare, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, or Wellpoint Washington. Each plan coordinates physical health, mental health, and substance use care.
- Find your plan: check your enrollment letter or the ProviderOne client portal. Bring both your ProviderOne services card and your plan ID card information when you book.
- Cost: for most people, Apple Health has no premiums, copays, or deductibles. You will never be asked to pay self-pay rates for covered services.
- Referrals: HCA directs members to call their health plan or primary care provider for mental health care. Many plans allow members to self-refer, and we check your plan’s rules before your visit.
- Questions: call the member services number on your plan ID card, or the Apple Health customer service line at 1-800-562-3022.
